Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month starting at 6:30pm.
Our Annual Holiday Networking Mixer is held on the first Monday of December.

Here is our agenda for every meeting:
6:30pm Pre-meetings/Q&A Session: Network with beginning and advanced investors and ask our team questions.

Meetings usually end between 8:45pm and 9:15pm.
Dress comfortably for the general meetings. No suits or formal wear required. Most people dress more formally for our Annual Holiday Networking Mixer.
Not at all. Many of our members are also beginners and speakers always teach basic information before moving to more advanced concepts.
As of January 1, 2019, general meetings are free for first time visitors and $25 for returning visitors. If a returning visitor chooses to join after a meeting that evening, the $25 will be credited to the annual $150 membership fee so that only $120 is left to pay.

2) Associate: Active members can sponsor one person living in the same household. Associates get free admission to all general meetings.
Annual Dues: $75
Membership expires once the sponor's membership expires.
3) Vendor: Includes all of the active member benefits and additional privileges depending on the Vendor Level chosen.

Membership dues are non-refundable without the approval of the Executive Board.
The annual fee is only $150. You will gain access to exclusive members only section of our website, vendor discounts, The Metro monthly newsletter, free admission to general meetings, and discounted admission to our workshops.
We hope that you will learn that our meetings offer solid, practical real estate education.
In the rare event that we'd have to cancel a meeting, we will notify you by email and post it on Meetup and Facebook.

Absolutely not! We zealously guard our members’ privacy and the database is only available to authorized members of the Board of Directors.

Yes. We expect our members to abide by the guidelines which have been set forth in previous newsletters. We reserve the right to revoke the membership of any member (including our vendors) who violates our Code of Ethics.
You can always find a link to our Code of Ethics at the bottom of every page on this website.
Our primary mission is to provide "real world" education for our members. Therefore, our meetings are presented by excellent LOCAL speakers who offer their expertise about New Jersey real estate and/or its laws and regulations. No speaker will ever try to sell you books, CDs, or a boot camp.
Every month we release our e-newsletter The Metro that provides members with 24-27 informative articles about real estate.
Members can access our archives of almost 3000 articles. MREIA is a non-profit organization whose leadership is comprised of volunteers. We trace our roots back to 1982!
