As President, Dave hopes to use his position to help our members improve their knowledge in the realm of real estate investing as well as grow their wealth. As a long time property owner and in recent years a rehabber and builder of new homes, Dave wants to share what he has learned over the years with our group. "Education is the key to success in any field and in real estate investing you should take every opportunity to further yours."

Dave is a Past President of MREIA, and has been investing since 1983. His objective is to keep MREIA members aware of pending legislation, as well as current laws that have a direct impact on real estate investments. MREIA is a proactive group. They ask all members to become involved, and contact their legislators on important pieces of legislation.

AUDIO/VISUAL CHAIR

Part of my AV experience stems from being the New Gen and A/V coordinator for the The Lord's Flock Int'l - Jersey City, NJ. My responsibilities include but are not limited to setup/take down of AV equipment, and playback of slide presentations and media clips during weekly prayer meetings, semi-annual seminars and annual worship concerts.I will do my best in the A/V capacity to create a compelling learning experience for MREIA members. I aim to continuously learn and be educated, on the whole gamut of real estate investing, in order to apply the right strategies that will solve the challenges of sellers and fellow members.

VIDEOGRAPHER

A full-time construction manager by day and a videographer and photographer in his free time, Mathew creates video summaries of our general meetings and started the MREIA Interview Series on our YouTube channel.
